From growers to the table

The short food supply chain is characterized by short distance or few intermediaries between producers and consumers and its scope is to reduce and limit costs.

Our short supply chain involves several farms totaling 300 ha. Liturri’s Farm Il Visone and a selected group of consolidated producers represent the real productive heart of table grapes production. The diversified geographical position and productive location of the farms offer an extended harvest calendar.
